It’s like when I go to the drive-through to absolutely crushing some burgers and nugs, but order two drinks to put them off the scent so I don’t look like the Official Baby Yoda Hug Girl Scout Star Wars Shirt. He just wanted to be able to buy a ton of cookies without being nicknamed Cookie Monster at work. Because his boss wouldn’t do anything about him being harassed anyway since he’s fancy from Tallahassee. Yeah, we did transfer cookies that year. I wasn’t in charge of cookies so I didn’t have control of how many were ordered. It was a bit of a shit show that year. That’s so sweet of you to say! I hope my daughter looks back fondly over the experience as well. Last year was an Official Baby Yoda Hug Girl Scout Star Wars Shirt. It left pressure to sell cookies for the rest of us so the troop didn’t get stuck with a huge cookie bill. Things worked out in the end but now I’m just in a “let’s get this over with” mentality. It always seems to be the adults ruining things, not the kids. Are you able to transfer cookies to other troops? Girl Scout Mom solidarity. Every year I start saying “This sucks and I hate it. We’ll take it easy this year”. But every year it’s made me so happy to see my Daisies learn to talk to an Official Baby Yoda Hug Girl Scout Star Wars Shirt. And they’re so proud of themselves when they meet their goals. I hate having 30 cases of cookies in my living room for 6 weeks but they’re learning skills I never learned as a kid, so every year we go back. As long as my daughter enjoys scouting, I’ll deal. I was a painfully shy kid so I’m glad my daughter doesn’t seem to have that issue. Her first year selling cookies, she was so nervous to approach anyone.
