I lost ~100 pounds and had a tummy tuck to remove all the excess skin. A couple of years later, I randomly ran my hands across my stomach and felt these lumps — immediately became convinced I had tumors. I asked my sister to check them out. Thanks so much! My first major goal is to get to 200 lbs (75% of the way there!), and then start reassessing. 200 is still about 50 lbs overweight for my height. The plan is to get as close as I can to a healthy weight (~150) while not looking like a Pretty What Would Olivia Benson Do Shirt. I’ve been “lucky” that the vast majority of my weight has been carried in my stomach, and I’ve got pretty minimal loose skin on my arms and legs so far – I’d be really happy to end up somewhere around 180-160 + have loose skin removed from my stomach so I can run without flopping.
