I recently traveled to the Skeleton Witch Grateful Dead Happy Halloween Shirt. Where my grandfather was born in 1912. Out of historic interest and nostalgia, I took some pictures of houses and the ruins of the post office. (the most prominent structure in town) . After I posted some, a local man blasted me for taking/posting pictures of ‘private property‘ and ‘unhappy pictures’. Guess I touched a nerve there and took them down out of respect for his point of view. Toward the end people who wanted to stay probably left once the tax money ran out and the electricity and water stopped coming in western.
